Ingredients:
- Pork Tenderloin – Boneless
- 1 Jar of Peach Jam
- 1 Jar of Teriyaki Glaze
Preparation:
- On the stove, bring Peach Jam and Teriyaki Glaze to a boil
- Cover 9″x11″ pan with aluminum foil
- Place the Tenderloin in the pan and make a slit down the middle of the meat
- Pour the Jam and Glaze mixture in and on the tenderloin
- Bake at 30 minutes per pound at 350°, occasionally basting tenderloin with mixture
- For the last 30 minutes, tent the pan with aluminum foil
