Ingredients:
Salad:
- Romaine lettuce
- Broccoli florets
- ½-1 cup walnuts
- 1 pkg. ramen noodles
- Blue cheese – to taste
Dressing:
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation:
- Sauté walnuts with spray butter
- Brown noodles in the oven with spray butter
- Whisk together dressing ingredients
- Toss, serve, and enjoy!
